2. What Sesaku App Does

Sesaku App provides a smart autofill way to manage your receipts. By logging in with your Google Account, you allow our application to process your uploaded receipt images and save the organized data and files directly into your personal Google Drive folders.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store your passwords (authentication is handled securely via Google OAuth).
• We do not store your receipts or data on our own servers. Your files are sent directly to your Google Drive.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Data You Submit

• Google Account Information: When you log in via Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) to identify your session.
• Receipt Files: The images or documents you upload are processed by our application to extract data.

Generated Content

• The extracted data from your receipts and the files themselves are uploaded directly to your connected Google Drive. We do not retain copies of your files on our servers after the process is complete.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information strictly to:

• Provide and maintain the Service (e.g., authenticating your session).
• Process your receipt files and upload them to your Google Drive.
• Improve the functionality and user experience of our app.

Smart Autofill Model Training Disclosure: We use intelligent models to parse the text from your receipts. However, the data you submit is processed solely for your request and is not used to train, improve, or fine-tune these Smart Autofill models.

• Submitted data (Receipts): Processed in-memory during the extraction phase and discarded from our servers immediately after being successfully uploaded to your Google Drive.
• Account Data: We retain your basic profile data only as long as you maintain an active session/account with us.
• Your Files: Retained indefinitely in your own Google Drive, fully under your control. You can delete them at any time from your Drive.

We take security seriously:

• All data transfers happen over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocols. We never see or store your Google password.
• Because we do not store your receipts on our servers, there is no centralized database of user files to be breached.
